There are a few in Blackpool. There are reviews on some of them in the clubs section on here.

Buddies, Paradise, The Griff, Exchange Blackpool (not a swingers hotel, but do swingers weekends once a month).

Been to Paradise and had a great time, heard good things about Exchange as well, just depends if yore going at the same time as one of thier swingers weekends though.
