I have met some that just dress for sex and its just a kink for them
Ive met others who take it more serious and go out their way to look as femanine as possible
And ive met some who to them its a 24/7 life style and not just something they do while noones watching or to walk round TV nights at clubs

I think you'll find there's a distinction in terms part way along that spectrum. Living 24/7 is most likely TS.
