Thanks everyone for your speedy feedback. Yes the person was already verified and has verifications on their account. When I try to access the ' manage verifications' section on our account. It just says this.For verified users only
Sorry, you tried to access a page that is for verified users only. Once you have met or cammed with other verified users, they will be able to verify your profile for you.

The only way to contact admin is through the 'Report User'.
Told them them the problem but no reply as yet.
Still no verification showing on our profile unless I'm missing something

You cant be verified by people who you have shared a internet connection with.
If you have never shared a internet connection, then it's likely that your filters are preventing the verification from coming through.
Remove ALL filters and ask them to resend it.. it will (should) work then.

If the person / people writing a verification are not what you're looking for as per your profile... it won't come through.. ie: if your profile says you are only looking for cpls but it's a fem verifying you.. or if they're outside age range / filters etc it won't come through.
A friend of mine tried to verify me when I first joined, but it didn't come through cause I wasn't looking for "women" on my profile and she was outside my age filters. I changed that and took off the filters and she wrote it again and it came through.
