We have always wanted to go to clubs and now it feels like the only way to meet people fab has just been very disheartening experience as of late it feels like covid has completely destroy the private meets scene so I think we are finally going to do clubs for us it might be difficult as we don't drive but any advice for first timers we have had plenty of meets but any advice on how to approach the club scene is greatly appreciated |

"Go with no expectations just to chat to people, have fun"
This.
There are no guarantees at clubs but they are a great way to meet people in a no pressure environment. Just do whatever you feel comfortable with. You'll need to look into whether you want a dress up or dress down club and if a particular theme appeals but other than that just go and enjoy. |

If you don't drive, look to see which clubs are close to a train station. For example, there are some nice hotels near Derby train station, the Attic club is then a £3.50 taxi. Some other clubs must be accessible by train? Switch on your "who's nearby" and a status that you're going to the club, you may get messages or winks from others going. Go for little walks around the club and say hello to people (a compliment is nice!), some will engage in conversation. Don't go with expectation and enjoy the experience. |

Yeah I agree fab is absolutely terrible now for meets. So many fakes, idiots and time wasters on these days.
I stick with the club scene now much better and you meet so many lovely people.
Like most have said already just go with no expectations and just chat, have a laugh with people and see what happens. |

Hopefully, this change on FAB is only a legacy of Covid and it will revert back to normal once meets are fully up and running and the folks who joined to rant about politics and virus start to drift away as they are shown to never meet.
Clubs are a place where you can guarantee swingers will congregate.
Will you meet people you want to have fun, who knows but don't just judge from a single night.
Try different nights or a few weekends, only needs one other person to make it a brilliant night. |

I have been quite a bit since they have re-opened and most the time have been amazing. 1 club I use to go to alot before lockdown, has become terrible so stopped going, but the other 2 clubs have been great.
Plenty more club days and nights planned out |

We've used the train a few times to go to Chameleons. It's our favourite club. Take the train to Walsall. Then there's a bus from right outside the station to the big ASDA opposite the club. Or its a short and cheap taxi ride away from Walsall staion. Plus (apart from Tuesday when it closes) it's open every day in the daytime till late. Also especially if you do have a long tavel and/or want to stay there till late it has hotel rooms you can book at a reasonable rate.
Since you don't seek single guys would recommend going on a Saturday (after 7pm it's couples and single ladies only). But you may want to book a room if your staying nice and early as they sell fast on a Saturday. Plus if you book to stay its just nice to have your own room to stash your stuff, get a bit of time out and carry on the party with other residents after closing (if you wish).
We don't bother really with private meets on here. We find clubs are the best place. I don't think there's much to say, we all kind of find our own feet and your not new to the scene. Obviously different clubs have different practical aspects that you need to research before you go like dress, drink, cash or card only etc. Just go, be yourselves and don't be afraid to chat and ask relevant questions. You'll find the rest will just flow naturally and hopefully you'll find what you seek. And wherever you go based on your criteria could be worth checking out a couples club night first, you may find it more relaxing without single guys. |

I find the attitude of most couples towards guys terrible, they seem to think that clubs are for them. And as for the prices it's scandalous! |

Find somewhere that does not charge single guys an arm and a leg? Those still do exist. |

Compare that to 5 for a single female or 10 for a couple!
I'm coming back in the next life as a woman. |

Don't come anywhere within 60 miles of London if you think £20 is too much for a single man entry to swingers clubs. |

We're off to Chameleons this Saturday and it'll be our first club experience. Excited and nervous! |

I think the southwest scene is dying full stop. Barely any clubs and the private scene is few and far between. We haven't been able to find a meet for ages.
We need to start travelling further afield I think |

We live them and will always arrange club meets rather than private meets now for the reason , if you meet, and there's no spark, chances are they and you have the opportunity to meet others that are your cup of tea, no time wasted |

Get up to the North East and North West, plenty of club nights up here. Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, all have great club days/nights |

We prefer club meets for this very reason. Plus we love the social side of it. The staff are great too. Chams is a good one which you'll enjoy if you don't mind dressing down. Have fun OP whatever you decide |

Definitely think club scene is way forward nowadays, like been said previously just go with no expectations treat it as just going to your local pub, chat and be friendly and sure you’ll have a amazing night. Not sure about clubs down south but at Pandora Club they have party event nights quite a bit where can be fancy dress, naughty party games definitely gets people in the spirit. Another thing to look at is on meets request the organised social events I know they have just started again |
