Therebare many people on herr who use fab to just keep in touch with people and the forums. Alot only meet in clubs too. Over the years ive come to enjoy the social aspect much more.

We enjoy the social side, one it is fun and two it let’s us get to know people a little, especially their values.

I don’t do socials at all and go to clubs with the intention of playing, not purely for the social side x

Vanilla tends to refer to standard 1 on 1 sex or monogamous sexual relationships.

Social meets are very different they are a precursor to a swinging sexual meet and are to see if all the parties are compatible and happy to proceed to the next step or not.

So I don't really understand your post OP do you mean how many people just meet for socials only but don't move forward after to a physical sexual meet?

Sometimes it can be only social if there are problems with accommodation or if someone is married then I only have a social xx

I have had plenty of social meets where one of us has decided we don't want to progress to anything physical but they are not necessarily vanilla meets as we have sexual conversation

We hear from quite a few people for who the Social side is the biggest part, and anything else can be a bonus/extra. There certainly is something about being able to talk about all things swinging in a non-judgemental and safe space, even if you don’t play regularly.
