If you wear them, be prepared to be searched if you go through a body scanner.
I have a friend who travels a lot for work who was regularly searched after body scans. I believe they select male or female and the machine then highlights things it wasn’t expecting. |

If your travelling on a male passport but presenting as female they should still be polite to you. Just be prepared to be outed by the security process though.
I traveled several times pre op with no issue as I tucked it away really tightly and I had my own breasts.
My friend looks amazing, and has her own boobs too, so the security people select ‘female’ when she goes in the scanner. She doesn’t tuck though as she finds it uncomfortable/painful. It’s the unexpected item in the baggage area that the scanner picks up. |

There’s no reason why you can’t but your breast plate in the baggage though, I had toys in my hand luggage. I also had a pump dispenser of lube which I saw them spot but then just cover up.  |

I went on holiday with my partner once dressed as my alter ego, wearing breast forms (and had some in my suitcase). No bother going through scanners, customs, security etc either way. Only minor issue I had on the way back from France was that they were using facial recognition and that failed. I was sent to the naughty queue when the guy just raised his eyebrows and muttered something about the useless technology and waved me through. |
