So if you’re out out on Saturday night and on the witching hour the clock go back to 1am. Will clubs put clocks back and party for another hour? And what if we book a taxi for 2am?

Always causes confusion...just check with the taxi firm or book it when the club closes..

Depends on the individual club. I've known it go both ways. Get in touch with them to confirm.

I imagine the same will apply to the taxi firm too.

To cut "confussion" for those out and about and wanting to book a taxi around 02-00hrs - tell them if its 02--00hrs BST or GMT, easy as that

Not sure about taxis but whenever we have a party taking place on the date that clocks change we always point out that in this instance the clocks work to BMFC time and only change once the party finishes

Its only fair - as much as most guests would like the additional hour, they would not appreciate being asked to leave an hour earlier in the Summer!

It is lol.

Think about it - simples. Sunday morning 2am/BST at 2am/BST clocks go back to 1am GMT then after 1am/GMT the next full hour is 2am/GMT

Simples = Therefore - Taxi people, send me a cab at 2am/BST is different to 2am/GMT which is one hour later, lol.

I know that you was only pulling my legs and understood

lol :D Simples.

Book it for 1.55 am then you can be sure of getting home before 2am unless you have a long way to go or break down
