By being polite non pushy and by treating women or couples on here with respect avoid the fancy a shag messages and play the long game you need to be patient and put lots of effort in to profile and messages |

Hmm. Well it seems to us that often single men become so paranoid about being thought of as being 'pushy' that they go to the opposite extreme. |

Yeah if you go the other extreme by standing off people think you're not interested. I go on a rule of always replying to texts but not bombarding someone multiple times if they haven't replied. |

Its a really REALLY awkward one... Although we're a couple, we play singly due to the Mrs working and living away from home, so I know exactly the problem you're facing. The number of times I've been blanked, blocked or accused of being a fake are many, but you've just got to hang in there and have faith. There ARE nice genuine people out there who will give you the benefit of the doubt, then its up to you to prove that you're a nice guy who 'does what it says on the tin' when you do eventually meet. I've now found a couple of nice genuine friends on here, but it really is an uphill struggle. Best of luck anyway. Rich |

For me to meet someone, they must have read my profile for a start, a nice versed message rather than the usual 'Hi, how are you, fancy a chat?' Or something to make them stand out from the crowd, that includes making an effort with their own profile, rather than just the usal few words, or the shite 'will fill this out later' and that was over a year ago!

Be respectful,don't be pushy,make your profile as interesting as you can,and if your married be honest about both it and your situation. And attend a few socials that way folk get to know your face and can gague wether your genuine or not (and yes I am speaking from experience),it also helps that my wife plays as well,
