Several ways
Low residue diet for a couple of days - as in very little fibre.
Keep you rfluid intake up though or you'll get constipated and that'll be o fun atall LOL

In response to the original post.....a light meal the day before (or morning of, dependant upon when it will happen), and before the meeting a nice warm shower, lots of soap (simple, as pointed out before), and the use of a finger or 2. Rinse and repeat. That should help somewhat....and stay away from the curries |
