Mr has one, it does stay harder longer, its great. Just make sure you measure properly, I'm 90% sure you should wear them for prolonged periods, he has a silicone one so didn't need to measure.

I always had the understanding you Don't wear them for prolonged periods of time. 20-30 minutes, then take it off and let the blood circulate as normal.
I'd suggest buying a multipack of assorted sizes and playing about with what suits you best. Big ones for the cock'n'balls, medium for the base of the cock, small for the head. All 3 at once if you're adventurous.

Can’t say I feel they do much for me! Got a silicon one and it makes the veins pop a bit but wouldn’t say I get harder or cum any harder when I take it off |

Had a metal one that was a tad small to get on. Cock was stiffer for longer but the tightness of the ring prevented a full load from coming out and the ring occasionally itched my skin as my pubes were shaved which made my skin more sensitive when rubbed.
