I meet a couple off here and I am unable to verify them and them also me are we doing something wrong

2 unverified cannot be each others first verification

You can only be verified by someone who's already been verified, so that might be the issue. Also if there's any discrepancies between what you're both looking for then it can prevent verifications (eh, your age range tops out at 50, they might be 52).
