I’ve got plenty of messages, and replies to ones I sent but it all bollocks. Just time wasters who get off on dirty talk and fantasising . I’d rather get no messages |

As noted, if it’s effecting your mental health take a step back for abit,
Fab is hard for single men at the minute, there are more men on this site then women/couples, and with the pandemic some people are still cautious about meeting, just keep being polite and respectful and you will get there,
Alternatively you could potentially go to a swingers club if that’s an option for you ? |

Take a break. It's doubtfull that it's only Fab that's affecting your MH, but it may well be a factor. Take a break, get yourself in a better place and return in the future if you feel like it.
