I have to opposite problem, thigh boots I buy are designed for bigger calfs and thighs... I've at least three pairs that I will be either taking to cobbler to see if they can reduce the width or will be reselling them..
Rarely do I get a pair that fits my skinny drain pipe legs...  |

Try alternative-software dot co dot UK. my ex is similar shape. We got wide fit ribbon lace up boots , you can change the lace colour to funk them up

People have already mentioned alternative footwear, and the pleaser brand. Within those ranges you will find some thigh boot styles with lace up backs etc that give you more flexibility in adjusting to the shape of your legs.
