Best Hotels or Flats for Private Parties in London?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Does anyone have any recommendations for the best hotels or flats to throw private parties consisting of 15-20 people in London?
I know the big chain hotels will hardly notice people coming in and out-- but do any of them actually ALLOW parties like that?
Any experience or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. |

I have no idea but I don’t think it’d be quite acceptable for hotels to allow 20 people in a double bedroom?
Unless you book a penthouse suite then maybe that’s a different story
Regarding renting out houses, maybe look on Airbnb? Tho I’d ask first to the house guest whether they allow private parties and all, as a lot of the time its someone’s house so… it’d be only fair. Also it should say on the listing whether they are okay with parties, if its okay to have noise (look at the house rules)

I did rent a villa abroad for my friends and I, a few years ago and did say it was gonna be a birthday party , and the owner was okay with that.
Always better to be honest (you don’t have to say it’s a sex party if that’s what you are planning) than be sorry later |

Before lockdown my friend and I were going to organise a big party in London, of around 20-30 but it never happened because of rule changes, many chain hotels are anonymous but a small double room won’t work for that amount of ppl, a large suite possibly, also to note many hotels these days have restricted access to the lifts and floors, in the past had to meet ppl down in the bar or reception and ferry them up, AirBnb might be a good call, but many owners don’t want parties for obvious reasons, also bare in mind hotel security may kick you out if they get wind of some disgusting sex party going on and they were not invited. |

Right, this is why it seems increasingly hard to do an actual party with maybe 15-20 folks…

A larger suite or apartment is the way to go, at a big chain hotel even if someone has to ferry groups up to the room it’s not to difficult if people have a drink in the bar first, and all wear a pink carnation on their left lapel. |

Air BnB would prob be your best bet, although for affordability it may be a good idea to look around the suburbs as well as the more central locations.
Otherwise you could look at venue hire, there are a few adult venues (dungeons and studios for example) that are available for private hire. |
