Cannot post in forums(friend)

A friend cannot post in forums and has had no answer to their questions from any representative of fab for the last 48 hours

They have never received a ban never hidden their profile and have only had a positive experience so far

Any thoughts ????

How long since they joined the site.

You have to have been on fab for a fortnight (I think it is) before being able to post in forums
