Help with changing profile to include my wife ?

As it says folks, I’m trying to amend the profile to reflect my wife now happy to come on board but I can’t seem to change it. Any advise please ?

Contact admin using the above and ask them to change it, alternatively start a new profile using a different email address as you are verified as a single man
