I've always been a bit of a squirter but it seems lately its gone off the scale and I can't seem to stop it.
Luckily Mr loves it but there are certain occasions where I'd prefer not to do it but struggling to get it under control. Any tips?

I don't think there is a way to control the squirting. I used to be quite embarrassed about it until I met my FWB (former, unfortunately- life got in the way). He wanted me to squirt as much as possible during our sessions, and would "punish" me if I held back. He taught me to accept my squirting as part of who I am, part of the sexual experience of being with me. I warn any potential meets that I am a squirter, as a precaution.
Some tips: always be prepared, invest in good quality mattress protector (I have a heavy duty one, that your mattress is zipped into) rather than trying to go for ones similar to fitted sheets. Have plenty of towels and bed sheets handy.
Puppy training pads are great for taking with you to a hotel or meet at someone else's, some people also invest in some cheap plastic shower curtain or plastic (PVC) tablecloth. No point buying PVC bed sheets as they make a lot of noise, are rather sticky and uncomfortable, as well as cold.
Main advice, however: enjoy it and don't let anyone make you feel embarrassed about squirting. |

I squirt and i have to admit I find it embarrassing.
I even squirt 6ft and hit the painting on the wall at one point. There are verifications to vouch for this |

i can control it if i dont want it ill kill it before it gets to the stage of no return but im not a heavy squirter just little squirts and i know there are others on here who are the same ..
i did read somewhere that a empty bladder makes no difference as your kidneys will soon fill it up again or at least partly whiles have fun ,,
there was a big scientific study done on it i think in Sweden proving that 95 % was wee and the rest from the skeet gland?..
i switch my self of from squirting (apart from hubs and a couple of lovers) because to some guys its a badge of honor if they succeed (they rarely do) most are just too rough and anyway im multi orgasmic as in once i start they keep going and would rather that than to squirt if im totally honest |

I squirt/ gush and have no idea how to control it either. It only happens if I'm really enjoying myself but once I start, I can't stop. I've held back a couple of times but then find it kills my orgasm completely. I try to just relax and enjoy myself and not worry about it.
Thankfully my partner loves it.

Her has a tendancy to get urm let's say rather wet , we use the waterproof mattress protectors you get from Asda, they sent too expensive and will wash and tumble dry ok , put two on the bed , then after play it's easier to just whip the fitted sheet and top protector off , pop a new fitted sheet back in and bobs your uncle ..... Nothing worse than sleeping in a puddle  |
