Depends on the person? Had various partners with this issue, some respond well to medication, some don’t. It’s not a big deal for me, just means play doesn’t involve penetration. I’d rather focus on fingers and tongue than a cock extender, but that’s just me. |

Only advice I can give is be open and honest about the situation. Some people are only looking for soft play anyway. Me and my partner have encountered others with your issue at parties and clubs, it may limit activities, but it doesn't necessarily limit enjoyment.
