If your going for a PA it hurts a little when the needle breaks the skin, but it only lasts a few seconds, not sure about the others......There may be some blood too so be aware  |

And it stings like a bugger every time you piss for a week or so and lose a bot of blood. Can't have sex for a few weeks either. Love mine though, had it 14 year now and the women seem to like it lol |

Hurts like hell - for a few seconds ... You have to look after it with salt baths, and it will burn for the first week or so when going to the toilet. I had mine pierced on the Saturday and Fucked Louise on the Tuesday... I don't reccomend that - wait two weeks as somebody said above..!!!
Other than that , go for it - the women I've used it on love it...!!

Oops i forgot about the stinging  but its worth it.....I got a guiche too and that hurt more, everytime i sat down it rubbed like hell for about 6 week, so go for the PA |

Needle size really, about 1/2mm ....But once its healed you can expand it by having bigger rings in every few months to the size you want, mines at 3mm which is enough for me |

Mine was pierced and I had a 2.3 mm ring in first , that's pretty much the standard minimum you can have... I've stretched mine and gone up to a 10 mm now . Hoping to go bigger. |

I used a proper stretching kit to do it quicker , it's slower if you wait naturally..
All in all , about 6 month to get to a 10mm |

Honestly one of the least painful piercing and the buzz more than makes up for it no sex for a good 2 weeks if you want sting free sex . Drink lots peeing is your friend as is dilute urine

As said before, stings a bit, and mine bled some.
But 2 weeks later was good to go!
Have stretched to 6mm, and happy with that.
The girls love it, one ex got her new bloke to have it done as normal didn't do it for her anymore! 
Have a screw tight ring in for easy removal, as oral can cause issues with teeth.
Oh and be careful with piercings on ladies. Once got tancled with a labia piercing and after 15 mins trying had to get her house mate to come in and free us
