You can only categorise them if they are public but go to "manage your photos" then you should see next to each picture whether they are public private or friends below that should be a small hi-lighted line saying "not categorised yet" click on that and hey presto
If it's not there it could be that it's not a public pictures or you don't have that turned on in settings |
