I have been with my partner for nearly 4 years. We have enjoyed single guys joining us for the last 3. I love my partner but for the last 9 months or so I have been struggling to perform or even be interested in her sexually.
She is still supportive but I am worried that I can't satisfy her as I want to.
I want her but sometimes can't be bothered. We enjoy others with us but is it the be all and end all? |

No it isn't, you're not going to improve your couples situation from swinging.
You're saying you want her and.. Can't be bothered, could be a testosterone level issue, get to the doctors and get that checked first.  |

Are you able to perform when you have invited others to join you or do you just watch?
Could it be an anxiety that you can't match up to those you invite or perhaps you can't perform unless someone else is there? A bit like porn addiction, that when it comes to real life or possibly in your case, just two of you are unable to perform? |
