Yes; put anyone you’ve winked on your hotlist. If they don’t wink back or message you, drop them off your hotlist. Consider also blocking them, as if they showed no interest in your profile, you would do better to move on to others who may be interested in you. Never be afraid to block; it cuts the wheat from the chaff
