"Hi I have set age restrictions but am getting mail from all age groups. Anyone know why this is?when you set your age restrictions did you press save "
Yes but the blue line is only going slightly across the top. It's like I can't change it as it won't save. It says the right age but then I get messages from below age restrictions |

have you blocked those outside of your age range through the message filters?
If not, go onto Your account (on Pc/Laptop)... there will be a message filter button down the left hand side  you can set filters on who messages you  |

If a couple send you a message and one of them meets your age limits then they can mail you regardless of the age you set. |

Thanks for your help. I have lower limits set at 41 and am getting messages from guys in their 30s and younger. Never messaged them before or winked etc... which is the reasons listed for them getting through. |

"People can change their ages to get around your settings and the also add a quick profile pic to get around that setting then quickly change it back  "
I think people can only change there age once before it gets locked in so they can't constantly keep changing it to get round filters. |
