My mum was found to have little nodules on the nerves in her feet, she now gets an injection twice yearly into them (between her toes) to stop the pain. Maybe seeing an arthritis specialist would help you too. xxxx

Also, Comfrey could be a great help too. Whilst it's great for money problems, it's especially good for bone/joint issues, including arthritis.

Grows incredibly easily in the garden, so a ready supply can be grown for nothing. A paste can be made from its leaves really simply, and you're ready to go.

Cod Liver Oil

It's amazing stuff. On the WHO list of superfoods. Full of Omega 3's and Vitamin D. Great for arthritis, muscle repair and losing weight.

Ask your doctor for an appointment with a Podiatrist at your local musculo skeletal clinic.

They will look into the problems you have & they will try various different treatments to try & alleviate your bother.

I had bother for years & they sorted my problem.

Alpha lipoic acid or glutathione is supposed to be good for nerve damage and there have been some great reports about it.

As someone mentioned, cod liver oil is suposed to be great for arthritis but as with many auto-immune problems, a change in one's diet is often highly beneficial!

"Try glucosamine"

Definitely do this, I also have arthritis in my hands and its a godsend, u might need glucosamine and chrondroitin as well - normally combined, u need to take 1500 mg of glucosamine a day and wont feel the effects for a couple of months, but this has made me pain free - good luck

Glucosamine is the best.

Since arthritis is the degradation of the cartilage in the joints causing, basically, the bones to rub against one another it is incurable

I have arthritis in the sterno-clavicular joint, had two steroid injections so far and have been told I can have at least two a year.

My consultant said he can't operate on it, but the pain will eventually go on it's own - when the joint fuses up... ! I can't take cod liver oil it repeats on me.

Read up on Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for short. I think that will help.
