I literally bought one last week.
After reading real life, long term blogs and reviews it seems you can get gains from them, but it's temporary and lasts only as long as you continue the routine of using the pump.
It's a bit like going to the gym and working on yours arms, they'll muscles will increase while you work them, but if you neglect them for long they'll return to their default size eventually.
Have reasonable expectations on size increases also, imagine centimetres rather than inches |

I agree with a lot restrained sub says on the subject, you have to work at it, if you leave it your cock returns to original length, I found the girth improvement stayed. I increased my length by over a inch and girth improved to.( I lady refused to allow me full sex as she said I was too big) so it was not all good news. |
