Perhaps your being careful rather than paranoid. As with everything in life there are risks. Perhaps do a little research on what they can be. You could use a condom if that makes you feel better but to be honest who was to suck on latex.

A combination of empirical evidence from reading recent studies of infection rates per exposure and type of sexual activity, current statistics of those in the UK with a std, and anecdotal evidence from swingers and sex workers. The risks are certainly there no doubt, condoms are definitely safer, bareback is a lot riskier in comparison. But it's not the instant death sentence a lot of people seem to think.
I get tested monthly (when meeting).
OP - for oral you'll be fine. Hardly anyone uses condoms for oral, including at clubs and gangbangs where people are all sucking loads of cocks. Transmission rates for oral are negligible, but I have heard of one or two very unlucky cases. Anal however is much, much more dangerous, if you're risk adverse then I'd cover up. Vaginal is much lower risk than anal but obviously irrelevant if you're after men. Xx |

Sex clinics say if you have sex once it's certain death, all there material is designed to enforce behaviour towards the lowest risk possible, it's not completely invalid, but is exaggerated.
Honestly, use some common sense, 35k daily users on here, 99% have unprotected oral regularly with different partners, do you see or hear of everyone on here getting STDs constantly? Have you ever been to a club or seen the amount of people doing it on a weekly basis? And that's just fab, casual sex is rife. There are 20+ STIs out there. About 5 are what you get tested for. The rest you don’t unless symptoms are severe. The view being they’re incurable and many get them so not much can be done about it when you do. The obvious ones are herpes, hpv etc
So no it’s not low risk but depends what you’re ok with catching. |

I've sucked many a cock over the past 10 years and never used a condom or had any problems. Of course I always insist my meets are hygienic and I am careful with who I meet but, I feel like there's no point in sucking a cock with a condom, I'm all for that cum shot.
