As the title really! It's getting out of hand (fnar fnar) so towels and ordinary multiple protectors aren't enough so we're looking for something better. I've done a search but relatively old results so looking for any recent recommendations please. I want something 'normal' not pvc /latex and absolutely not crinkly and noisy as it's going to need to live on the bed every day and we all need to sleep sometimes

Thanks in advance xx

I would have thought that incontinent products will provide something suitable..

Buying this type of thing from sex shops etc usually means paying ridiculous prices..

Good luck

We know it sounds strange but try puppy pads (Home bargains, B&ms, Poundland) or disposable Cot and Bedmats (Homebargins) not that expensive, not only saved us a fortune but also helps protect the mattress,

I have a waterproof under sheet. It’s got a bonded fabric feel to one side so feels like a normal under sheet. I think I got it from Amazon.

I buy the no frills basic shower curtains from Asda or Tesco they are £2 I buy a handful then throw them in the shower and rinse after wards or at £2 u could even dispose of them, I was absolutely sick of the mess after a good session and having to bicarbonate my bed and wait days for the mattress to air and towels just don’t cut it xx

We’ve got incontinence sheets from Amazon...they are amazing.

I squirt a lot and these just soak up everything and I throw away the sheet afterwards....no mess, no changing sheets, no wet towels.

It’s changed my life for the better...

"try the range they have some good waterproof sheets in there,i have a question if its going to live on your bed wont it be uncomfortable when you make it wet and then want to go to sleep."

Thanks for the replies everyone

We're a couple so I want something I can just leave on the bed 'in case' to save faffing about cos it's often and takes away spontaneity to mess each time, then change/remove after. So it's going to be rotated and always on so can't affect sleep xx

You wouldn’t be able to go to sleep on them after getting them wet. You would have to strip the bed.

hiding from cock pics.

There's a company called "Sheets of San Francisco" that do some very sexy sheets that you can put in the washing machine, they're waterproof, you can use wax on them and everything.

I don't have them but I've seen them and they really are amazing.

I agree with the puppy pad idea. Cheap and easy to toss to one side without having to remake the bed and disturb the post'moment' such a mood killer? Good luck fellow damp patchers

We use waterproof mattress protectors, but in order that we don't roll around in half an inch of Lucy juice we have to use at minimum 5 towels. Puppy pads sound good but we'd spend a fortune on them!

We use a waterproof mattress protector, it's fitted and has an absorbent toweling layer. We put an ordinary fitted bed sheet over it so you can't tell, the sheet still gets wet but at least it doesn't ruin the mattress. We do still put towels down as there can be a lot of fluid around!

Waterproof mattress protector for people with incontinence- you zip the mattress in it. Devil has one, it was not cheap but saves buying a new mattress every month or so.

We've considered buying a couple if these. Not cheap but great reviews.

I've bought several waterproof undersheets to cope with past prolific squirters...silent and unobtrusive..only cost about a tenner... can't remember which local shop I got them from but it was either The Range, B&M or Aldi /Lidl mystery aisle.

Incontinence sheets - Def the best thing to use as it's designed for bed spillages.

Done forget to protect the sides of the bed too in case the is over spillage!

also you could try multiple layers.

bed sheets over waterproof, over fitted sheet over waterproof. just stripping off the wet layers and then there is a dry layer to sleep on.

I’ve bought a couple of waterproof mattress protectors from dunelm, they’re not noisy and just feel like a cotton sheet on the top, easy to wash but take a while to dry as they can’t be put in the tumble drier

That’s not what they said, keep them in all the time so it’s ready and then if they have a messy playtime then will remove/ put spare on lol
