Last night while using my rabbit and straining to reach orgasm there was a terrible pain at the back of my head/neck.
A real pounding pain so much so I had to stop and this morning I have a headache still.
Has anyone experienced this? |

Yes. The reason is in your opening lines "straining" it is quite common |

You may not have high BP, but during periods of stress (which is effectively what your body is undergoing) your blood pressure rises - it is quite natural. The side-effects can include headaches and a feeling of lethargy - next time, just cum a bit quicker.....  |

Alternatively you have pulled or strained a facet joint in your neck.
This can cause a head ache and /or neck pain. If it doesn't resolve with 10 mins of ice applied on top of cloth to the affected area every 2 hours for a couple of days then you might need to see your chiropractor.
