Is This Acceptable Today?

A hypothetical question. My wife and I go out for a drive and park up in a secluded location and with the windows and doors locked start having sex.
A gentleman so happens to be walking past and looks in. The wife makes sure he can see as he wanks like fury. When he comes he goes on his way.
In today's climate is this legal as no social distancing etc are breached as far as I can work out? Could this be a way of getting a little excitement after 12 months out. |

Depends whether you consider wanking to be exercise |

You need to realise that the press love lurid stories of what will be portrayed in the scenario you describe as stupid people bucking the Covid regulations, supplied to them by the local bobbies. I'd say don't take the chance. |

"Fucking on webcam might be easier and less hassle. Won't need to clean the spunk off your car for a start. "
Pipped to the post. Was about to say that has happened to my paintwork. On private land, of course.
Meanwhile had a phone call and lost the opportunity to get my reply in quickly! |

Sex in public spaces is a stupid idea regardless of the pandemic.
What if it wasn't an old man walking past you?
Charged with indecent exposure and off to the register for you two. |

Ignoring all the sex outside comments ( as I've had sex outside many many times but always careful)
Anyway no it wouldnt matter about social distancing as to have sex outdoors is not part of the reason to leave home |

No because you are only allowed to excerise locally.
So to drive somewhere in the manner you describe would be against the rules.
If loads of people are driving places, the places they are driving to are too crowded for people living nearer to them to use for excerise. Also more cars on roads=more breakdowns/accidents ect.
Don't be so selfish, you have each other to fuck, whilst a lot of single people like myself have not had sex since it all kicked off.
Also what makes you think an old man would come along and start wanking? |

In today's climate you'd get nicked. Dogging spots are being regularly patrolled by all police forces because it's a easy arrest for them and easy money fine wise.
As for sex outside pre/post pandemic, crack on and don't worry about people asking why you would have sex outside or getting nicked for indecent exposure. Most police forces will not prosecute you unless you decide to start shagging in your local shopping centre or on the high road. They tend to leave dogging spots alone because they know it's consensual.
So wait until after the pandemic. |

Police are out in force at the moment doing stop and accounts constantly it feels like. I honestly wouldnt risk dogging right now, I know loads of wild swimmers have been threatened with fines because they have been too far from home (still within their local authority area) and swimming wasn't being seen as nessasary exercise, if the swimmers are getting fines the doggers aren't going to get far |

You’d be committing an offence under the sexual offences act, and the person watching and wanking would be committing an offence of voyuerism. COVID legislation would take second place to what are reportable offences |

"Inciting sexual behaviour would be classified as a criminal offence but similar to aiding and abetting "
There is most certainly no offence of "inciting sexual behaviour", but all parties could be considered to be "outraging public decency" or "behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress" or exposure.

There is an offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 of inciting sexual activity without consent - usually relates to sexual activity with people under 16 (or 13). It can relate to adults as well and the key element is consent or if the person inciting the activity to believe that the victim was not giving true consent. |

That makes more sense. |

There is a lot of misinformation in this thread and although it is given in good faith quite a bit is incorrect. Hope the following gives you complete clarity...
Normally if you have sex in your car and another gentleman comes along and sees you then it is only a crime if he is offended and reports you to the police. Similarly if he instead chooses to wank over the impromptu 'show' then again it is only a crime if another person or persons see all three of you and are offended and make an official complaint to the police. Be VERY aware here. If children just happen to see you and they are part of, say, their parent's complaint against you then the implications could get very serious and possibly life-changing.
So hope that clears up the 'general' side of things up. As long as no one sees and reports you you're basically fine.
However, we find ourselves today in peculiar times of course and the very fact you have driven to a 'secluded' place could - given that the official advice is to 'stay local' for your once a day exercise - could be taken into account. Like others have mentioned whether you can convince an officer responding to a complaint that your 'exertions' were exercise is maybe subject to their professional discretion.
Anyway, hope that answers the question. |
