"does anyone have access to or know someone open minded who has one?"
It does depend what you want, a quick Google search shows several in London with at least one available to hire for just £40 for 2 hours during the week.
I've done photoshoots in the past in hotel rooms so for example a Premier Travel Inn you can "hire" for the besr part of 24 hours from about £19 if you pick carefully, and with some imagination, you can create various scenes if you bring in drapes etc with you plus ofcourse bathroom etc.
Better quality hotels will cost more but you'd be surprised how many will do a day rate if you explain what you want t6he room for. |

I've done a lot of glamour work in studios, not as a photographer, but doing the art direction, and sometimes on the other side of the lens as a 'model' :0) -- I think they are not exactly the sort of place many people would feel comfortable and relaxed in.
Bright lights and often a lot of heat too - doesn't really make for the ideal backdrop to any fun.
Without wanting to sound dumb, why do you need a full studio?
You'd might be better advised to hire or borrow a good snapper who has lights and reflectors and take him to a nice hotel or private location. |
