There's pretty much nothing you can do about it.
Trust me more men look at me than there are tv/ts look at you and they do absolutely fuck all for me and yet apart from blocking them from messaging me, I get masses look at me (when I open the filters I see the numbers) and 95% of the fabs on my pics are from men.
Shit happens OP.

1. Go to message filter. Adjust setting accordingly so you don't get messages from groups you don't fancy/intimidates you.
2. If you have blocked certain groups, you shouldn't be getting any messages or winks from them. Something is wrong with either your technique or your post.
3. You can't stop people from looking at you - just as in the real world.

It doesn't mean you are, going to become friends. There is nothing wrong with looking. Speaking, touching and feeling is, a totally different matter though
