I'm starting to think I'm flogging a dead horse on here now. I realise that as a single male I'm on the back foot already and don't expect to be avalanched with offers! ( i do know i have to be patient) It seems to be hard to find a happy medium when messaging I don't send pushy messages at all but also I don't want to lay all my cards on the table if it's to no avail. If there is anyone who could send a bit of advice my way that would be greatly accepted even if its to say I dont think this is for you! Ha ha cheers for reading |

Well for what it's worth I think your profile looks very nice. If you lived closer and I was looking for new playmates I'd def be interested.
Never been to social but know a few single guys that go on their own and have great times.
Good luck x |

"There's a social planned on here at Eureka's in Kent on Friday 20th - why not pop along there and introduce yourself to a few people?
Emm x"
That's brilliant advice
OP, you have a great profile, you make an effort so don't give up |

I always read the profile before the message.
I'd stop reading at "can't accommodate" as I'd assume you'd be like the charmer I kicked out my bed who said he'd never meet anyone in his house as it's not a knocking shop...implying mine was. I have adult children living with me but I manage meets around them and I find men in the same situation.
I know I'm not alone in excluding those that can't accommodate, but you can see from this thread many are happy to meet.
You have a good profile and appear to have a positive attitude: I wish you well. |

Hi Dave
Your profile is good and you come across as a great guy , yes there are 1000's of guys here so you do have to try and stand out from the rest and on that front you are doing ok
Most messages I get are from guys who have no profile text , no photo and have not read a single word of my profile , so just always make sure you have read all of the profile of the people your messaging and don't come across as pushy and you will be ok
Just stick with it and like everybody else has been saying if you can get yourself to a social then I think it's one of the best things you can do

You are quite close to me, well kind of, but the not accomodating puts me off. Mainly because I'm a bit skint at the minute, and can't afford to share a hotel cost!!! Other then that, I'd probably meet you, at least for a coffee/drink to see how we got on!! |
