Eee Veet, can be risky!! for a man's balls it is probably not the best, honestly a back/crack and sack wax is the best and ultimately least painful but that's a faff |

Use a Sensitive skin shaving gel, don't shave after eating, moisturise with a sensitive not perfumed balm after shaving, use a fresh razor each time and you can always use a hot flannel before applying shaving gel. |

Thats good advice but I'm curious as to why not after eating? |

Commented on this, on many threads over the years and I still stand by Magic Power (which now also comes in a cream) and which can be got of ebay quite cheaply.
Very smooth finish, lasts a few days and you don't get the in-growing hair / spot issues you can get with a razor.
The down side is don't leave it on too long! And it takes a little longer than shaving. |

I am assuming your talking about shaving down below?.I have benn shaving down there since i was 16 and have never had any problems, one thing i would say is that you must shave the area regularly otherwise if the stubble gets to long that when problems begin.
I shower mostly everyday and shave while i am in there and it is just the same as if you were shaving your face,i left my face for 5 days once and was in pain trying to get the stubble off my face so i would hate to do that downstairs. |

I'm afraid you're goon have to go old school if you want to perfect this through shaving.
Right here's my tips for leaving your bits as smooth as bone china:-
1. Exfoliate with a decent scrub (Do this quite often, it frees up the clogged up pores) Benzoyl Peroxide acne cream will also help as it will also remove dead skin/clogged pores (Although yo ought to check a little bit of this first incase your skin has a reaction to it).
2. Don't use gel or foam as they are rubbish, use a traditional shaving brush (Preferably badger hair) and a good quality shaving cream or soap instead.
3. Make sure the area has been soaked in hot water for a couple of minutes. This will open up the pores.
4. Lather up using the brush and the soap or cream. Using the brush lifts the hairs, making them easier to shave and reduces the chance of shaving rash.
5. Use a razor that has no more than 2 blades. All the multi blade systems actually cut too deep as they go below the skin surface and greatly increase the chances of ingrowing hairs. The 2 blade Gillette Sensor is my pubic shaver of choice.
6. Rinse off and then apply a decent quality aftershave balm, which will soothe the area.
Job done
Try it for a week or two and the rash and ingrowing hairs should become a thing of the past. |

All this advice but I would add that make this the first thing you do in the morning even before you've had a drink or eaten as the body reacts differently after doing so.
Also only used unperfumed products ie soap or balm.
There are feminine soap products that will work well for shaving which boots sell. |

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack! |
Another sucessfull Veet user here!
Because my meets are few and far between I don`t need to shave so often.
My method is as follows:-
1) Apply the Veet generously Wait 10 minutes and remove using the scraper provided and make shure all the Veet is completely removed. Don`t leave it on any longer. Wash thoroughly.
2) When clean and dry, rub some Savlon or similar consistancy ointment into the area paying special attention to the creases in the skin/areas where the legs join groin etc.
Do this the day before and you shouldn`t have any problems. |
