I have used the small rachet straps that you can find in Halfords or most hardware stores. They are great quality, cheap and wide enough that they are not uncomfortable for the lucky person
Most are long enough to got under the bed from side to side |

Under the bed straps are the best way. You could do something similar with rope but honestly, you'd spend just as much on rope and it would take multiple times longer to set up.
So have a look round, and my advice, dont be afraid to spend extra few pennies on ones with good comfortable cuffs. |

As mentioned, underbed straps are easy and work well...
Alternatively, you can buy bondage style rope much cheaper from amazon than any of the sex toy sites..
Another thing we have, 10metre length of chain from screwfix, about 13quid, pack of mini padlocks off amazon for about 7 quid. |

"Have any of you seen my DIY skills! Yes got told about Bondara. Never used them before but I will take a look x"
We got a set from Bondara recently. Underbed restraints (including cuffs), ball gag and crotchless tights for under £20. It's worth keeping an eye out for offers if you don't mind waiting.

"You can always try a spreader bar as well.
Yes I love 50 shades so got Andy to buy me one. There was more pain than pleasure as it cost him £100 ! "
Ouch!
Dave made ours (it hangs on chains from the ceiling, so is height adjustable) |
