warning lost all credit AND contact numbers on mobile

Havent used mobile for seven months ee HAVE stolen my money and lost a good number I could remember AHD NO contacts AND mesage history OH and the phone NOT registered ARGHhhhhh

That’s what happens after a period of inactivity if it’s a pay as you go usually it is 6 months credit expires and number is deleted nothing you can do unfortunately...

Standard practice, has happened to me a couple of times - which reminds me, I probably need to send a text from my 'play phone' in the next week or two to avoid it happening again!

Horay aparently the number goes after one year still a pain AND elderly relatives can't phone a relative in emergency Its evil T least got my credit back

They haven't stolen anything, as a user of services we all sign the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will have included expiry conditions.

Your contacts though will be stored on your phone, you should be able to get at them. Are you locked out of the phone?
