I get these with really intense or multiple orgasms, particularly those where I squirt. It is apparently to do with increased blood pressure at orgasm.
I actually did a forum post about my last (and worst one) just a few weeks ago.

I had this for about a year. Seriously intense headache immediatelyafter coming. I went to the doctors and he said its quite common and should eventually go. It did but it was frightening while it was happening and I didn't want to have a shag or a wank lol |

I had this a few years ago and the headaches were so bad my gp sent me to the hospital for a scan.
It’s called Coital cephalgia. Mine cleared up after a few weeks. |

You need to explain two things to them.. 1. You aren't fucking their head (unless you want to..) ... And 2. An orgasm will remove the headache. Well it does for me...   |

I thought my post orgasm headache post would be on there, but then when ai checked it wasn't because I have commented on too many other things since then |

Duteous suffers from this sometimes and we joke it's subdrop. Sugar seems to help, Tea or fruit juice, a little bit of chocolate and lots of cuddles. Hope this helps. |

I had this lasted a few months, but did eventually go, gp said it was called thunderclap headache, was horrible, how you go from that orgasmic state to mega headache in a matter of seconds, The other worse bit was explaining the problem to the receptionist at gp to get an app, she didn’t know what to say back to me lol |
