Same here!! Maybe they've got too much time on their hands or use it as a way to get free amateur porn or just like winding people up. Luckily they're quite easy to spot  |

sad sad people with no actual lives,
I havent come across one as far as I know (as yet) Mind it's very rare I actually search through profiles or send out messages. |

Because they are sad, lack anything going on in there life of substance.
It is not just this site but many adult sites...!
Some of these individuals do it for picture collecting etc
Problem is there is no easy way to stamp them out!

Latent homosexuality (or closet, depending on your _iew point). I had this discussion with some gay guys on my staff years ago when this first surfaced, and they were adamant that what guys who do this were doing was getting off on the chat and pics from straight guys thinking they were talking to a fem.
Just have to learn to spot them early - it's not too difficult - and report them or give them a wide berth.

Never come across its myself so have no idea.
I dont think this is as common as people think it is i just think its easier to put the blame on single guys when things go wrong, instead of accepting a woman dont want to meet them they's sooner say....its a guy fucking about

Surprised Fab doesn't run a check on these on a regular basis. They log our IP addresses after all, so it shouldn't be that difficult to do. |

haha before I even opened the thread I had a good idea who would post "its not a big problem" and they had never run into any.
Since the dawn of the internet guys have pretended to be girls, the reasons are often around loneliness and wanting some form of human contact, any form of human contact.
Its sad but its just what you have to put up with if you want to be in this lifestyle and use the web for it .

Did anyone see the TV program last night about the fake profile in the USA where mother pretended to be daughter, and through online contact only one guy shot another for real over cyber sex "cheating"
Seems some go way to far in their fantasy life, compared to that guys with single woman or couples profils is pretty tame! |

Amazing pictures + been around for a while with absolutely no varifications - 'male' style of description - 18 yrs old with no age limits and can both travel anywhere and accommodate

i know you cant verify a profile set up on same IP. i introduced a couple to the site who i used to swing with and they set up a profile at my house when they were on a meet with me. When i then tried to verify them as genuine, which they were, it just didnt show up on profile so they must log the IP address.

A don't see the point making a female profile being a man when its free for everyone other sites non swingers let woman message and everything free and men need to pay so some do join as woman

It has happened to me a few times now! I'm slowly getting better at identifying the fem wannabes! Its the way they come across in their msges! Then when you offer to meet up after a few mails bk and forth they block you! Lol.

The worse are when a single guy ( gay or Bi) set up a couple profile and contact you asking for a MMF with the lady.

Totally agree! They could be single fathers, living with friends or in my case, its not that I can't accomodate, its that I won't! I love the swinging lifestyle but I had some items stolen from my house by a couple I had over a few years ago (not from FAB though) so from that point on, I won't accomodate but there isn't a option put that in so people generally make the assumption I'm married and playing away. |

Maybe they live in a bedsit (working away from home), hostel (homeless) with parents (parents carers), with children (single dads), there is loads of reasons why someone can't accommodate!!

let people show the pics they want to, facially or not

I think this happens a lot online in general. I expect a lot of people adopt characters of the opposite gender in gaming.

For those who say this isn't a problem and they haven't seen it before, you're wrong. You've probably talked to a fake and not known.
I've been using the net to date women since 1999. I come across fake profiles daily, sometimes hourly. On this site, the single bi 'fakemales' see what I did there seem a little thin on the ground. Perhaps there are more fake straight women, I dunno.
All I can say is that the fakes infest the net. They're even on facebook!
I have always wondered what is the point of it? I mean, those who get cyber from unwitting people clearly get something out of it, but what about those who get nothing but banter and talk about shoes (I have done that)? I don't see what is the fun for a guy faking it then. Puzzles me.
Thankfully, you do get savvy to the fakes and it is true that you can tell by pics, the personality, age etc etc. Often it's the cup size versus body size that men get wrong. They think women can actually have that Lara Croft look! |

If it was a guy then that's about right. They use one profile to message couples like us, and the other to message couples where the male is straight. Most are probably not bi, just will do anything to get some. |
