Thats why the acrylic or PTFE are a good choice... saves the fillings

if you have sesetive nipples dont as you can lose the feeling if on the otherhand your not really a nipple person then yes as it could enhance

Hi OP

Its totally your choice whether you do it or not.

Aesthetically some look really pretty and suit the person but when I play with a lady who is pierced I don't like the feel of metal in my mouth and it takes my enjoyment of the beautiful nipple or pussy away a tad but that's a price to pay if they are getting enjoyment out of me.

Get one at a time done. I'm glad I did because the fucker never healed. I tried for well over six months
