Cialis over the counter?

Im thinking of giving it a try for a weekend plan that's coming up. I've researched the drug and think it would benefit.
I know you can go to boot's and superdrug but it seems very expensive? I'd rather go to a shop/pharmacy, don't want to buy online.

Generic is Tadalafil. Brand names are more expensive than the generic. Do look into side effects before purchasing. If already taking medication, do discuss with pharmacist. |

They stick it in boots I guess it’s a common alternative. You will need a private prescription. With a private prescription you can specify the brand, but will will pay around £75. Much easier to just get online £1 a pill branded, no prescription and next day delivery |

Don't think it's available OTC. Viagra connect is but it's very expensive... A private prescription from the doctor would make Sildenafil (Viagra generic) cost roughly £4 for 8 i believe...
Careful with online as many formulations can have a whole range of issues from non uniform dosing, poor friability / contaminants etc |

£1 a pill? I don't think so, even the generic brands go fo around £20 for 4 |

50p per tablet I don't think so. A single prescription is around £9 and £20 for extra over the counter at your pharmacist. |

A few years back following a nasty accident I found it difficult to get and maintain a strong erection much to the disappointment of both my wife and myself as we've always enjoyed a fulfilling and regular sex life. My GP prescribed Cialis. I found that it was very effective in giving me a strong erection much to the relief of wifey and myself.
The side effect of the drug was to give me excruciating headaches that were so bad they made me nauseous. I only took the drug for a couple of weeks but I just couldn't stand the headaches and stopped taking them. To give me a strong erection these days I rely on the best thing to overcome erectile dysfunction - my brain. I continue to enjoy a healthy sex life but mercifully without the headaches brought on by Cialis.

£9.15 for an NHS prescription
Private prescriptions are generally charged at a minimum of £4 + more depending on the cost of the medicine...
As sildenafil costs approximately £2 for 8 tablets in 50mg strength & £2.50 for 100mg x 8 (wholesale) i can't see it costing much more than £4 to get them privately
But then there's also the cost of getting a private prescription to take in to account |

Sorry to hear about this as such bad headaches are not that common with ED drugs. Were you taking the Cialis as maintenance therapy daily or as and when needed? And do other ED drugs like sildenafil or vardenafil have the same issue? It might be a case of finding the right drug and dose for you. |

Yes you can get the occasional side effects from ed pills.sildenafil .get hot flushes on face.might get a headache next day.drink loads of water before.during and after.this will help you from getting a headache.have also heard of back pain or muscle pain symptoms.but these are few.same taking tadalafil or vardenafil personally I had just slight face flushes but most guys get that with most ed pills. |

Update!
Received them yesterday, took a 20mg just to see how it feels before using properly lol.
A couple of funny feelings for first few hours, took a peek at fab's hot pics and erection was there. No quicker, thicker or anything of notice.
Today, absolutely no weird feelings and nothing downstairs as no stimulus.
I'm guessing it needs the real thing to see any benefit? Turn around time is what I'm looking for more than anything else.
Just need a volunteer now lol. |

ive tried a few different makes...couldn't tell you the names, but they dont really make a difference if you dont need them....first time will literally be the placebo effect then they just dont work |

I've got to say if you really think that's the case then i can only imagine you've had nothing but duffers..because that's most definitely not my experience over the years..far from it
Although i don't "need" it you can definitely tell the difference. Not so much in getting an erection but more so in absolute hardness |

If you can get a private prescription asda sell 10mg tadalafil for £20 for 48. Same at the knights pharmacy near to me.
Cheaper than a nhs script if you pay for them. But depends on if and how much you pay for a private prescription. |

30 minutes. Definitely felt something happening, but nothing that lasted more than 12 to 18 hours. Not tested properly but could well be the case, "if you don't need it, there's no benefit" we'll see. |

Sildenafill Citrate is the active ingredient in all of these tablets. For about twenty years the company who make Viagra held the patent and consequentley the market. They also used to charge a fortune. It could not legally be purchased without a prescription.
When the patent ran out about ten years ago the market was flooded with various versions almost all of which were made in India.
The various "brands" all contain the same basic agent but they vary by being "bulked out" with other materials,including chalk.
I have used it for nearly twenty years and no longer suffer the side effects such as a blocked nose, headaches and slightly blurred vision.
I regularly use doses up to 50mg as I know what suits me. BUT!!!! before you try any medication get advice from your GP. DO NOT!!!!! freelance, especially if you have any form of heart condition!
As others have said the tablets do not just work on their own. You need the stimulus of a partner (real or imaginary).
Alcohol kills any effect the tabs may have so dont mix the two or you will be wasting your money on both accounts. |
