If new get some flexible silicone ones from that Chinese website starts with Ali .

There good and soft, can provide details if you wish. If you enjoy try the metal penile plugs or even sounds and work up the size.

Biggest mistake you could do is insert something in that's too big. Everyone is, different. If there is, any resistance at all you must stop otherwise you do internal damage. Start small and, work your way up to your limit. Be sensible and stay safe

Hygiene is the most important. Lube. Start off with a small dia. Go ever so slowly. Let gravity do the work. Don’t lose the sounding rod. Semi erect is the most comfortable.
