If the fun for you stops then maybe yes stop or maybe just take a different approach to fab.

Chin up and best of luck.

Take yourself to a social when they are back up and running (I know there was a small London one last week). Easiest way to get chatting to people and make connections x

Agree with this advice. People, Especially Single guys shouldn’t just use this website as an entry onto the scene. Use it alongside socials, club meets and you will find far more success. You can’t beat face to face. It cuts out all the BS

Deffo this. I think it even says something along these lines on my profile. Even I think of it as a ‘backup’ to the party scene x

We find it far easier to just be in a club, make eye contact and have a friendly chat with someone. And then use this more as a back up, to re connect perhaps with people we met.

There's no magic formula. You are obviously intelligent and in shape. Maybe re-think the theme of of your profile. You're clearly passionate about dance but remember others aren't. I'm passionate about playing hockey- but I don't mention it on my profile apart from a photo of me in kit.

I think it's better to use the primary school writing technique of "show me not tell me" to create intrigue.

Don't give up, just use fab differently.

I joined 6yrs ago on a Monday, I only wanted to meet single ladies, no threesomes or group fun. I went to my first club on a Tuesday and had my very first mmf and mmmf, so much for only meeting singles, and got my first veri. I went to my second club on Thursday had fun and got my second veri. I then went back to the second club on Saturday when it was busy and didn't have any fun.

In the 6yrs since, I've got nearly 250 veris off nearly 170 people. A lot of those are just socials so I must be doing something right.

I only use fab to keep in touch with friends I meet in clubs and at socials and to keep in touch with what's going on and where in the club scene.

I understand its difficult at the moment but when clubs and socials start again there will be no better way to meet people

One of the most common phrases used on here, goes along like ‘ I tried to stay away but I’m back’ you see it on a lot of profiles.

Take a break (take a Kit Kat remember that commercial) hide your profile for a bit. Then come back reenergised maybe once meets start up again.

Yes agree with previous posters ..get to a social or club and show them your dance moves

Most success was as a couple when we clubbed.she doesnt now so ive tried clubs as a single male.very difficult I found it and got to mix and chat but to no avail.have done better with private parties, gangbangs etc.I also accept I am getting a little older now so may not hold the same appeal.site littered with pretenders and no shows, but takes time to whittle them out.often wonder how long to stay, but ok for the moment.

Not to be rude but to me your profile is just too long and goes on about dancing too much. Im a single guy so not your target market but this is a sex site so focus on sex and your likes and dislikes not dancing. (for info I'm also into dancing and have other serious hobbies but I keep discussion of those to other specialist forums)

Amend then you get told your profile has no detail. No I don’t think your rude fair point. Have deleted the dance bit

"Woukd still love the scene and want to meet to meet people. But as it's not happening you start to think."

you had meets at the beginning of the year, and since the end of March we have had a virus pandemic.

Meets are not allowed unless a social, so perhaps you need to think outside of the box and realise that there are circumstances stopping people meeting.

I think it's a bad idea for a single guy to focus on sex in his profile

I personally thought the dancing bit explained your username and made you stand out from the rest of the single guys on here. But it’s up to you what advice to take or ignore.

I would actually remove the Sydney University bit, that makes you quite gullible on this site.

The profile text originally was quite long, but be careful about not removing things that make you unique and stand out from the rest.

Clarify it’s as much about meeting for a drink as sex I am fully aware that the situation as it is now means it won’t happen. I would be happy with a chat on the site as much as anything. Else

Blimey! What’s your secret with the clubs? I always feel like Moses parting the waves whenever I’ve been! I find using Fab far easier and more rewarding than visiting clubs as a solo guy
