Is the guy experienced?
If he is, bearing in mind that you are new, he should know to be relaxed and go at your pace, rather than pushy.
I would suggest a drink, alcoholic or otherwise, chat, then the two of you start to play inviting your friend to join in when you are turned on enough or comfortable to do so. Things should flow naturally then between the three of you. |

Tell any guy plan to meet your sexual turn-ons and offs. Tell him if he tries to do anything you don't like sexually he will be immediately shown the door.
Tell they guy how you would like the night to go. He then has a choice of saying I am ok witrh that or it is not for me.
Spend time getting to know a guy before the meeting. Then you can get rid of the disrepectful guys, guys looking for a quick fuck, one line message guys, idiots, timewasters, fantasists, etc. |

I got chatting to a couple met up as their place but went with an open mind and no expectations.
Just dont put pressure on yourselves or others and it should go well. |
