Your body manages what goes into your lungs and what goes into your stomach surprisingly well.
If the cock is deep enough to be past your epiglottis (the flap that channels food and air into the right passages), then it is in your esophagus - the tube that leads to your stomach, so cum won't go into your lungs.
If the cock isn't in past the epiglottis, then you will need to swallow the cum (or ot will stay in your mouth) - so again, it will go to your stomach.
The only risk of getting it in your lungs occurs of you are being very roughly face-fucked, especially if y9ur head is off the edge of the bed - when you can accidentally breath in as he is cumming - but that is very rare |
