Check the site help section of the forum, lots of threads on getting cams working.
I suspect it won't be possible to get cam working on ipad as long as the cams need flash as Apple is very anti flash due to the security aspects. It's tough even on a normal pc at the moment as more and more browsers ditch support for flash or make it harder to use.
