well it is clear and you can actually see your face at close range, so that's a step up from a good deal of profiles.
you may be better showing a variety of pics as opposed to just the 1 (or at least having them to send)
we all have 1 lucky shot - having a few pics (and not just a close up of your face), allows people see us from various standpoints and helps them better make their decision
natural as opposed to posed pictures always show more of 'the real you' too |

Not a bad face pic, agree with what Bussy said about a "lucky" shot, I've a face pic in my private gallery that I took with my camera on delay for a thread about sunglasses (it's me wearing a pair of my Raybans) I just propped the camera on the cat's cage (he was on cage rest with a fractured pelvis) knelt in front and smiled and it came out really good (in my opinion, and I usually hate pix of myself)...I now use that one for responding to emails as well as one of my pro shots so I don't get accused of sending photoshopped pix |

You are NOT ugly, mate!! FAR from it. Your face photo is perfectly OK as you come across as a very friendly-looking, genuine kind of person. The type of guy that people could trust and be relaxed with. So don't be too self-conscious, my friend, and have confidence in your handsome looks and sex appeal (go get 'im, girls!!) Jim xx |

photos with smiling work better as it triggers sub conscious better for attraction, thought is if u look like ur having a good time or happy then it rubs off on others and they are more attracted to that than straight face.
if you want to improove your pics how about some of you looking your best that show your body build off a bit while smiling too |

"Thanks. I'm just glad that none of you said I was ugly.
We're far to polite a bunch for that! "
Oh I dunno.... get us on a bad day and........ Lol!
As far as your pic goes, it's not too bad in Fab terms. I/We don't like what are clearly professional studio shots as it shouts 'fake' more than anything. Your pic is clear, pretty much face-on and in focus - which is more than you can say for many on here.
After that, 'beauty' is in the eye of the beholder...... Good luck though. |
