I'm super open and liberal in everyday life anyway, so it's something that comes up very early on when dating someone new. Yet to find someone who isn't at least curious about either the kink or the swinging (usually the former to be honest)

she gets loads of attention from men which I'm sure all the women do when she's out with friends so she would defintly get it here but ultimately she's not confident about her body so how do I go about solving that issue first |

well I would say that if you want to make friends with a couple you will need a couples profile. When it comes to helping her body confidence I think you need to help her find her own way with that. People who have low body confidence will believe one bad thing for every 1,000 good things someone tells them. |

well I would say that if you want to make friends with a couple you will need a couples profile. When it comes to helping her body confidence I think you need to help her find her own way with that. Possibly introduce her to nude sunbathing first.
May be a way of getting her to accept her body.
Being on a nude beach will show her bodies come in all shapes and sizes and may help her relax with her own body in front of others. |

That's good advice and it did work for my wife who had body confidence issues mummy tummy etc she found it more liberating with each beach visit and it took a while before she would walk naked to the sea to cool off. The hard part was not making a beach nudist day none sexual but we got there slowly, now we're no spring chickens or gym bunnies but will happily parade naked in any club or beach, you've got to be happy in your skin to enjoy this lifestyle, be patient and help her to be comfortable naked and the rest will hopefully will follow ... worked for us  |
