Off the top of my head..
Ball gag, so he cant say no or answer back,
Decent ties, (plastic ties are good, cheap and strong; however keep some decent sissors to hand) or rope, tied tightly,
Crop swinging off your arm & tell him if he doesnt behave you will use it :D
If he doubts you, one decent whack at the beginning should convince him and stop him being bratty  |

If heis inagreement try both writing things you cando to him on playing cards. Make it a mixture of things he likes and things that push his boundaries. Once he is tied you can shuffle the cards and take on at a time. This way it is down to fate and therefore he cant say no. You could also include punishments and rewards. If he chooses he can take a punishment instead of whatis on the card ( something he doesnt like much) if he complies he might get a reward ( something hedoes like!)
