Has anyone noticed a real change in sleeping patterns since lockdown, I’ve noticed getting to sleep is really hard and waking during the night is a lot more common

My sleep's been bad too. Same for a lot of people I know. It's a common trend since lockdown.

My sleep pattern is ridiculous at the moment can take ages to get to sleep no matter how tired I feel

I’ve been home working but now back in the office, I think it was just the get up work from home stay on the sofa all day and then tea and bed
