Yes, I (mrs) thought that only last week. I don't know why?
Maybe because others are nervous, we've all been through a lot. I'm sure when the time comes I will be fine |

No, shy should we? The 'event' is to all intents and purposes over. Leaving that aside CV19 has an infection fatality rate similar to flu and mostly only seriously affects the very old.
The reality is virtually everyone here will, statistically, be more at risk driving to any meet rather than the the meet itself.
It is a sad reflection of our society that people have been so frightened with the 24/7 fear mongering that there are unable to assess risk for themselves. |

Well said..we arent nervous at all, we will use common sense like most. If we don't feel good we don't go out sinple be it symptoms of anything lets face it if one person isn't feeling 100% physically doesnt it ruin it somewhat for all ? So if either of us feel a bit under the weather or our meet is then definitely woildnt be anything happening in anyway shape of form including the meet.. |

Spot on assessment. The government deliberately raised the fear level, without doing so lockdown compliance would have been poor, the NHS would have been swamped and even more vulnerable people would have died. If you are under 45 you are far more at risk of dying in a car accident driving to a meet than from contracting CV19. We all now need to continue being sensible but most of us do not need to live in fear. |
