Hi, we are just looking for any help with how to edit photos. We have seen numerous people have used the ap “inshot” to blur out faces. We have tried but only seem to be able to blur an entire photo or video and not just the faces. If anyone can help point out where we’re going wrong that would be great. Thank you |

If you want to get really creative "Gimp" photo editing software can be downloaded for free to PC. Lots of tutorials for it on YouTube. Great for blurring out backgrounds if you'd rather they weren't recognised, adding depth to the photo etc |

"Use pics art that's a really good app for photo editing also really easy to navigate. "
I'll second PicsArt, it's free, very easy to use and surprisingly well featured.
For blurring you want tools - tilt shift. You can then choose from a band or a radial. Use the invert button to change between blurring outside or inside the selection (which you can resize and configure the amount of blur) |

Definitely another vote here for GIMP. It’s a massively powerful and free programme just as good as photoshop.
I use it for work mainly but you can do so much with it. |
